Please join Colleen Setterberg, a Certified Health Coach for four 90 minute Prime Time Health Classes. The classes are on Thursdays' starting on September 10 through October 1, 2015. Class times are from 1:00-2:30 p.m. The cost is $15.00 per class, and each class includes a healthy snack and an activity.
Oregon Hunter's Association
Please join Tom Zandol, President of the Lincoln County Chapter of the Oregon Hunter's Association on Tuesday, September 29, 2015 from 4:00-5:00 p.m. in the downstairs Education Center for a presentation about the organization.
Food Share of Lincoln County and Newport 60+ Activity Center will be hosting a 6-week hands-on class called Cooking Matters. Each week two new dishes will be prepared and enjoyed. The first class will be held Tuesday, October 6 from 1:00-3:30 p.m., and will continue every Tuesday at the same time through November 10.
Older Adult Mental Health
Please join Tim Malone, on Thursday, October 8, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. in the downstairs Education Center, for a 90 minute presentation that will provide an overview of the mental health challenges that many people face as we age. Recognizing the signs and symptoms of problems can lead to quicker diagnosis and treatment. Seating is limited, so please call to reserve your spot. All participants will receive a certificate of completion for this class.

Have a medicare question? We will have the answer! The SHIBA program uses trained volunteers to educate and advocate for Oregonians with Medicare.Saturday, October 24, 2015, 10:00-12:00 p.m. in the downstairs Education Center.
