This is a low-impact aerobics class designed especially for seniors and is moderately paced. It is a fun fitness program that will help maintain and improve cardiovascular conditioning, circulation, flexibility, and muscle tone. Music and low-impact moves are specially tailored to your desires and needs. Fee is $4 per class. Beginners and drop-ins are welcome.
Body sculpting is a non-aerobic, muscle-toning class focused on strengthening the core by incorporating traditional weight-training moves in a relaxed setting.
This type of training can improve your strength, muscle tone, and may lower your risk of bone loss. Body sculpting and core strengthening are great if you want to learn the fundamentals before you venture into the gym on your own.
Join us weekly for an hour of adaptive Tai Chi. The main focus of this class is to increase strength and balance in your everyday life. Beginners and drop-ins welcome, and remember to wear loose clothing. A small monthly donation is appreciated.
A certified exercise leader delivers exercises and health information tailored for people with arthritis and related pains. Exercise is performed together in a circle of a handful of people. New people are led through each exercise. Some exercise is done sittinig in a chair and some standing by a chair. Wear non-slip shoes. Build strength and flexibility for the body and mind. Beginners and drop-ins welcome, this class is instructed and free.
This Arthritis Foundation instruction of evidence-based exercises is a gentle,
self-led class of movement exercises to help enhance and improve
overall wellness and balance. Key socialization activities supportive to good health are a plus. Wear comfortable shoes. Beginners and drop-ins welcome.

This free class teaches us to focus our thoughts and bodies to help relieve stress and promote relaxation even after the class has ended. Yoga can be a very complete workout which increases flexibility and strength, while incorporating breathing techniques that can be both energizing and calming.
Qigong is a very old practice from China, similar to Tai Chi, which uses simple, natural movements to reduce the effects of stress, support the immune system, and improve balance, focus and memory.
This is a beginner's class for all abilities, combining Qigong, Brain Gym,
and some basic warm-ups and stretching. Donations for space use only.
