Vacation Rental Code Update

Changes to City of Newport Requirements for Vacation Rental and B&B Facilities:

Attention Vacation Rental or B&B Operators: Effective July 1, 2012, the City of Newport is requiring that the owners of vacation rental and bed and breakfast facilities obtain a business license endorsement.  The endorsement must be applied for within 120 days (October 29, 2012).
