About the Library
Newport Public Library is a Department of the City of Newport and an affiliate of the Lincoln County Library District. Library Board Members are appointed by the Mayor and Council to advise in matters of library policy.
The Library is also part of the Oceanbooks Consortium, sharing materials with the Driftwood Public Library and Tillamook County Libraries.
