Our fabulous Boot Camp class with Rebecka Lakeman!
Water exercise is a great way to get in shape and stay in shape, without undue stress on muscles and joints. Check out one of our water fitness classes!
Boot Camp
A fun, exciting, and challenging water fitness program that is for all ages and levels. New work outs at every class!
Tuesdays & Thursdays 5:30-7:00 pm
Saturdays 8:00-9:30 am

No registration required. Free with annual pass, or pay daily drop in fee.
Water Aerobics
A water exercise class that is led by an instructor. A variety of exercises for strength, balance, and arobic conditioning.
Tuesdays & Fridays 8:30-9:30 am
Instructor: Amy Rodda
No registration required. Free with annual pass, or pay daily drop in fee.
Deep Water Workout
This class is a fun and vigorous workout that includes deep water cardio, core and balance exercises with some shallow water body conditioning and stretching.
Wednesdays 8:30-9:30 am

Pre-registration required.
$6.50 residents/$7.50 non-residents per class.
10 Class Pass: $53.50 resident/$62.00 non-resident
Aqua Interval
Interval training using the current channel, deep water exercises, steps, balance, and body conditioning. A wonderful warm water workout for any age and ability.
Tuesdays & Thursdays 1:00-2:00 pm
