Library WiFi
Use Library WiFi
If you have a WiFi enabled device, you can access the Library's internet inside or outside the building between 6 AM and 9PM. No passwords are required, and all are welcome.
Please be advised:
- The Library's Internet Policy also applies to WiFi use.
- Printers are not available via the wireless connection in the library.
- Library staff may not configure patrons' devices.
- There is no guarantee of service at any specific time.
The Library assumes no responsibility for: virus or security protection; any alterations or interference with a device's configuration, operation, or data files resulting from connection to the wireless network; or damage, theft, or loss of any kind to a user's equipment, software, data files, or other personal property brought into or used at the Library's facilities. Patrons shall defend, indemnify and hold the City of Newport, its officers, employees, and agents harmless against all claims, actions, and judgments based upon or arising out of the patron's use of Library wireless connections.
