Facility Rentals
The many facilities, including storage space, within the Newport Senior Activity Center are available to seniors, local and governmental associations, and the general public, at reasonable rates. The following facilities are available.
For facility reservation, please print out this form, complete it and return to the 60+ Activity Center.
Prep Kitchen
Stove, refrigerator, sink, dishwasher (combination rental only)
Education Center
800 square feet; capacity 50 seated; computer lab.
Storage
Storage spaces are available in the following sizes: Storage Cabinet, 29" x 23"-32", 30" x 57", 6' x 8', 5' x 7'.
Dining / Multi-Purpose Room
1,680 square feet; capacity 115 seated at tables. 5 Large round tables seat 7 each, 7 small tables seat 5 each, 96 chairs, sink, large coffee maker, portable movie screen, small refrigerator, piano. Call or come in to take a tour.
Lounge
775 square feet; capacity seats 54. Six small tables seat 4 each, 3 lounge chairs, library, gift shop, 2 computers, microwave, big screen TV with DVD.

Wellness Studio
1,200 square feet; mirrored studio with ballet bar.
